This Baking dish is made from earthenware clay. We recommend the following care instructions:

• It can be used for freezer desserts.
• Never transfer the baker from the freezer or refrigerator directly to the oven.
• Place the dish into the oven as you pre-heat & let the dish heat gradually.
• Please do not use this dish with recipes that require temperatures greater than 375 degrees.

Dishwasher safe; not recommended for microwave use.
