This Baking dish is made from earthenware clay. We recommend the following baking instructions:

• Never transfer the dish from the freezer or refrigerator directly to the oven.
• Place the dish into the oven as you pre-heat & let dish heat gradually.
• Please do not use this dish with recipes that require temperatures greater than 375 degrees.
• Please do not put this dish in the microwave.
